Marco’s Pizza® Continues It’s Franchise Expansion With Big Ohio Development Agreement

Marco’s Pizza®, a rapidly expanding pizza chain in the United States, has announced a significant development agreement involving 15 units in Ohio.

In a nutshell, this big franchise development agreement further strengthens the company’s presence in the Midwest region, particularly in Ohio.

The comprehensive deal encompasses the resale of nine existing locations in northwest Ohio, as well as the opening of 15 new locations in both northwest Ohio and northeast Indiana.

The franchise group responsible for this signed agreement is known as Grube, Inc., a multi-unit and multi-brand organization comprising a team of business partners.

The group’s founder, Steve Grube, initiated his journey in the restaurant industry more than two decades ago by purchasing his first Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. Since then, Grube, Inc. has experienced remarkable growth through a combination of acquiring existing franchises and developing new locations.

At present, the food service portfolio of Grube, Inc. includes an impressive total of 67 Buffalo Wild Wings locations across eight states, along with a Rusty Taco establishment situated in Maumee, OH.

Using Marco’s Pizza Proven Business Model In Ohio

Due to their extensive experience as loyal customers of Marco’s Pizza, the leadership team at Grube, Inc. recognized that the concept, the high-quality products, and the proven business model of Marco’s Pizza perfectly aligned with their investment goals.

Plus, the inclusion of the nine resale locations in the signed agreement facilitated Grube, Inc.’s swift entry into a market where Marco’s Pizza already had a well-established presence.
