Dirt. It’s amazing how one 4-letter word can make us feel.
I’ve been doing some cleaning as of late. I’ve cleaned my office. I’ve been getting rid of old stuff that’s been laying around for way too long. It feels pretty good to clean. (After it’s done, of course!)
Of course, not everybody likes to clean. Some people use residential cleaning services to keep things in tip-top shape around the house.
Small business owners that have leased or owned space need to keep their establishments really clean, also. After all, who wants to do business with someone who has a filthy store or dirty restaurant?
Luckily, there’s an entire segment in franchising that provides both residential and commercial cleaning services-including janitorial franchise opportunities. I understand that most people looking to buy a franchise don’t say to themselves something like, “I want to own a cleaning service…and I want to invest in one right now!”
However….
Franchise opportunities in the cleaning sector are worth a look. But, I would never own one myself. Read why, then pop back.
There’s an entire report on cleaning franchises over at Franchise Direct. Even if you’re not interested in becoming the owner of one, it’s worth your time to read this report.
It’s a good one…
