That’s right; never. No way, no how. N E V E R
No one uses them anymore. Everyone has more time these days. I don’t personally know of any busy dual-income families who would be willing to pay someone to come out to clean their homes in order to save them time.
The other thing about becoming a franchise owner of a cleaning franchise is the work itself, right? I mean who in their right mind would ever want to get down on their hands and knees to scrub a well-used bathroom? And, who would want to run a vacuum cleaner through a 5,000…or even a 30,000 square foot home? That would take a while, for sure! Then there’s the oven and stove-top scrubbing that’s going to be needed-and other pretty undesirable cleaning activities to engage in, that quite frankly, aren’t very attractive to most would-be franchise owners.
That is unless the franchise owners aren’t the ones doing the actual work.
Oh. You didn’t know that? You didn’t know that you, the franchisee, wouldn’t be the one doing the cleaning? Tisk. Tisk. You also don’t know about the potential of a franchise like this. You don’t know because you never did any research into cleaning franchises. You didn’t spend the time. Looking at franchise opportunities requires an open mind. Learn how to buy a franchise…how to choose and research a franchise before you start spending a lot of time looking around. You’ll save a ton of time.
That’s one example of how most prospective franchise buyers take themselves out of the game before they have enough information to make a yes or no decision. You must commit to digging deep enough to find out just what being the owner of a specific franchise is going to entail. Don’t assume!
I Would Never Own a Cleaning Franchise
That’s right. I would never own a cleaning franchise. Can’t make any money.
Kidding.
