What the heck is a reverse podcast interview on the franchise business?
Wait. You don’t know?
It’s when the person interviewed shouldn’t be the person interviewed. I’ll explain.
Franchisee Interview Examples
I love interviewing people I’ve helped. People who now own franchise businesses.
For example, I interviewed Greg Moore about his journey and now success as the owner of two “The School of Rock” franchises.
I’ve also done some off-the-wall franchise interviews.
But the one I’m about to share with you is not an interview I normally do with people I’ve helped become franchisees.
But before I share the link to the podcast, I want you to learn a little about the guy who invested a little of his hard-earned money with me to make sure he did things right.
Most pet franchise opportunities aren't worth your time. This one is different — and most people never even hear about it. Low investment. Serious support. Real upside.

Paul Buys A Fitness Franchise!
Paul Goldsmith contacted me a few months back. He was looking at a couple of franchise opportunities in the fitness space.
We talked, and Paul felt I could help him navigate the sometimes choppy waters of choosing a franchise business to own…so he hired me.
I showed him how to up his game, research-wise, so he could get the facts on the franchises he was looking at buying. Ultimately, he decided to go with a franchise business opportunity that was already up and running. In the fitness sector of franchising.
Burn Boot Camp
Interesting story.
Paul’s wife was already a member of the Burn Boot Camp the Goldsmith’s ended up purchasing. One of those “I liked it so much I bought it” things. Kind of cool.
From the Boot Burn Camp website
“Burn Boot Camp transforms lives through challenging 45-minute cardio and strength workouts. Become one of our 400+ franchise partners and create a lasting impact on your community.”
And it was the “Community” part of the franchise business that got Paul excited. Why?
Because he didn’t just want “a business.”
He wanted something that would add value to his community (Charlotte, North Carolina).
Let’s get to the interview…
Podcast Interview On The Franchise Business With A Burn Boot Camp Franchisee
As I said, this is a reverse podcast interview. Why???
Because Paul interviewed me instead of the other way around.
What?
Listen up, because you’re about to learn about buying and researching a franchise from both sides.
From Paul:
“Before becoming a franchise partner with @burnbootcamp, I consulted the @FranchiseKing. Here’s our conversation discussing the pros/cons and my decision-making process in buying a #franchise.”
