Lisa Paulson Knew What She Wanted

Talk about a determined client.

When Lisa reached out to me, she told me the following:

Hi, I found you online, I’ve read all about you, and I want to hire you to guide me through the process of buying a franchise. And I know exactly which one I want. Hand And Stone Spa.”

I asked her my usual questions, including what she knew about the Hand & Stone franchise opportunity, her background and story, financial stuff and more.

After getting to know Lisa and her husband, John, a bit more, we decided to work together, and she purchased my VIP Franchise Ownership Consultation Package.

On our first call, Lisa told me that she was a Hand And Stone client, and she loved the feel of the place.

Then she went on to say that she wanted to open up a Hand And Stone franchise location in the Kansas City, Kansas area. The next topic: research.

Hand & Stone Franchise Research

Lisa and I quickly got to know one another. She knew I was rather straightforward (ahem), which she seemed to like.

One of the things I told here to do as part of her research was to contact a competitor (or two) of Hand & Stone-and to go through their franchise discovery process. Why?

Because I wanted her to sleep well at night.

I wanted her to say to herself, “I looked at Hand And Stone’s competitors, and I’m 100% comfortable with my decision on Hand & Stone Spa being the right one-and the best one for me.”

At first, Lisa hesitated. I had to press her to do what I “suggested.”

After contacting one massage/spa franchise, and going through part of their process, she stopped. She told me that “Hand And Stone is the one. It’s the best one for me and John to open in Kansas.” And I believed her.

Of course it helped that she was a highly-satisfied, paying customer of her local Hand & Stone franchise location…

Determined And Thorough

Lisa and John did everything I suggested.

Lisa (who was doing most of the legwork), made sure she had my Franchise Research Guide on her screen as she talked with Hand & Stone franchise headquarters and when she called franchisees.

Additionally, she hired the franchise attorney I told her to use.

Plus, she called me whenever she had a question or concern. No matter what. Heck, she texted me too. A lot! Bottom line?

Lisa Paulson was determined to do this right. To check every box. She truly left no stone unturned.

And now, Lisa and John are the proud, hard-working owners of the Hand & Stone franchise in Olathe, Kansas. But their story is far from over.

Because they plan on opening more Hand And Stone franchise locations!

So stay tuned.
