You want to be your own boss. You want to find that elusive pot of gold. You want to find a “perfect scenario” which would allow you to become a wealthy small business owner. You don’t really want to put it all on the line to do so, however. You’re not asking for much. Right?

We at Showhomes have many of the items on the list. I’m really surprised by the ‘requires no sales ability’ comment on the blog. The most common comment I get from other franchisors is that they wished more franchisees could sell; that being able to ‘sell’ really drives the numbers. We teach everyone in our organization to sell because if we don’t sell enough, we don’t make enough of a profit margin and without enough revenue, we can’t service customers the way we would want to be treated.
