Being a Master Franchise Owner is like being The Franchisor. You are responsible for recruiting, selling, and training new franchise owners. Usually, you have an entire office staff that handles payroll, support, billing, and other important, but time consuming stuff. The staff is also an added expense.

Residual Income.

Definition

Good, potential, wealth building stuff.

Like the potential Janitize has.

This commercial cleaning franchise is a low investment opportunity that features large territories, Monday through Friday business hours, with the potential to build important residual income. This really is a ground floor opportunity. Some commercial cleaning Master Franchise Opportunities cost over $150,000, just for the franchise fee.
