I’m not exactly sure why the production and sales of 6-inch and 12-inch submarine sandwiches is so interesting to prospective franchise owners. I mean, what is it about making hundreds of sandwiches, 7 days a week, 14 hours a day, that turns people on, and makes them want to go out and buy a fast food franchise that specializes in subs?
