Virginia-based Mosquito Joe named Brad Simon of Arkansas one of its top five franchisees, topping $1 million in annual revenue.

Trump’s lousy Labor Secretary pick finally dropped out after being hammered on his past speeches along with all of the employment-related lawsuits the franchise company he oversees had.

Surprisingly, town officials in Munster (Indiana) don’t like franchise businesses. But, the Town Council unanimously declined to pass on a second reading of an ordinance that would have put restrictions on any chain or franchise business looking to move to Munster. Maybe if town officials were educated about franchising, they’d realize that local residents would be opening them.

Senator Jack Latvala (R-Clearwater) and Representative Jason Brodeur (R-Sanford) of Florida, just announced their filing of the “Protect Florida Small Business Act.” It places limits on why franchisors can revoke franchisee contracts.
