Jungle Driving is accelerating its technology roadmap under Director of Technology Cody Kindschuh, aligning tools and systems to streamline franchise operations and enhance student safety outcomes.
The teen driver’s education brand, founded in 2003 and relaunched in 2025, is positioning technology as a backbone for its national franchise expansion.
Jungle Driving Technology Driven By New Directory of Technology
Kindschuh brings a decade of experience in automation, integration, and system design.
He began his technology career in 2013, transitioning from an account representative role to Salesforce administration at Travel and Transport. He later held leadership roles in franchising, including Director of Technology Solutions at HorsePower Brands. While there, he led development teams and built proprietary tools to improve franchisee efficiency.
At Jungle Driving, Kindschuh’s strategy centers on simplicity, automation, and scalability.
The franchise company is using technology to build a connected ecosystem spanning CRM infrastructure, in-vehicle safety tech, and engagement tools. The objective is to reduce manual tasks and surface actionable insights so franchisees can focus on instruction and community impact.
A New Dashboard is Live For Jungle Driving Franchisees
A new National Franchisees Dashboard gives operators visibility into performance and benchmarks.
Key metrics include revenue, student spend, class size, enrollment, and Google reviews. The dashboard is designed to help Jungle Driving franchisees identify trends and compare results across markets. But there’s more.
Jungle Driving is also deploying a Milestone-Based Management System.
This incentive-focused framework ties growth activities, such as community involvement and school partnerships, to defined milestones that encourage consistent brand-building at the local level.
In addition, operational support is being consolidated through The Vine Line, a categorized help desk that generates tickets by issue type. The system helps the corporate team identify recurring issues, develop targeted training, and proactively distribute resources to the field.
Next, for local marketing and conversion, an Integrated Referral Program enables franchisees to track referrals in real time, monitor progress, and refine outreach. The program is intended to strengthen community engagement and improve enrollment efficiency.
About Jungle Driving’s Safety and Instruction Technology
Safety and instruction are reinforced with tech-equipped vehicles.
Jungle Driving’s fleet includes cameras, GPS, and monitoring tools that track speed, location, and student driving behaviors. These capabilities are designed to improve coaching, accountability, and overall safety.
Finally, CEO Zach Beutler cited Kindschuh’s ability to simplify complex systems as a key driver of the brand’s growth plans.
Jungle Driving is actively expanding nationwide, with a mission to improve road safety for the next generation of drivers. And they’re using the magic of newer technology to do so.
