Before you enter the world of Green franchising in Houston, Texas {Where everything is big}, I suggest you take out your big wallet. According to a future Texas franchisee, who is attempting to open a green franchise that I have discussed way too much on this blog,
Chris Toman says that its cost the other franchisees between $2,000 and
$14,000 to get their roughly 2,500 square-foot restaurants certified.
But not in Houston. Here, Toman says, consultants who process LEED
certifications want around $40,000 to do the job.
Most pet franchise opportunities aren't worth your time. This one is different — and most people never even hear about it. Low investment. Serious support. Real upside.

Its
like Im being punished for trying to do something good, says Toman.
Ive talked to pretty much every company I can find. Ive gotten
quotes from people and theyre all like, Yeah, its forty-grand. Its
ridiculous.
