USA Ninja Challenge has grown their franchise system to 46 open locations nationwide.

According to President Dale Grant, 2025 served as a “breakthrough year” that established a strong foundation for the future.

USA Ninja Challenge Franchise: A Coast-to-Coast Footprint

The franchise achieved a major geographic milestone in 2025. By opening four locations in California, USA Ninja Challenge is now officially a coast-to-coast brand.

Expansion did not stop there. The brand entered the Kansas City, Missouri market. This move is expected to open up further opportunities in the Midwest. Continued growth was also seen across Texas and the Northeast.

And according to a franchise press release, 6 additional locations are already scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026.

Investing in Leadership and Support

A key driver of this success was a heavy investment in corporate infrastructure. The brand expanded its leadership team significantly.

New additions to the corporate staff include:

  • A new Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • A Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with franchise experience
  • An in-house IT and software development team
  • An expanded site search and buildout department

Getting these people in place helps us stop wearing so many hats,” said Grant. This investment allows the team to provide better, more consistent support to franchise owners.

USA Ninja Challenge Franchise: Empowering Franchisees

The USA Ninja Challenge franchise rolled out vital tools for its owners in 2025. They introduced ProfitSoup, a financial training program. This initiative helps franchisees better understand their business numbers.

The brand also launched its first Franchise Advisory Council. This gives owners a direct voice in operational decisions. In October, the company hosted its first annual franchisee conference to celebrate these achievements.

The Olympic Future

The latest franchise news update shows the brand positioning itself for the global stage. Ninja sport is set to debut at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

With enrollment surpassing 8,000 children nationwide, USA Ninja Challenge is helping shape the future of the sport. Grant notes that the brand aims to help universalize the training systems used for these young athletes.

The targets for the coming year are ambitious.

The franchise company plans to open 24 new locations in 2026. They also aim to award between 30 and 35 new units.
