I definitely gained a few pounds during Cleveland’s winter from hell. They’re not good pounds, either. I have some work to do.
But enough about me. I’m sure that you’re exactly where you want to be in the weight department.
I have two fitness tips for you, just in case you aren’t where you feel you should be, weight-wise. Ok?
1. Read about some really healthy food trends for 2011. (The reading; that’s the easy part.)
Consider joining a Fitness Club, Fitness Center, or my personal favorite, a Fitness Franchise.
Lots of people are. There are lots of reasons for it. Obviously, some folks feel like they should lose some weight, and tone-up a bit. Some folks join fitness centers to relieve stress…sweat it all away. Some people join because their friends did, and they meet them at the center to work-out together and socialize. It’s all good.
Some end up liking the enviroment of a fitness center so much, they open up their own center.
One trend in franchising that’s worth watching is the seemingly unstoppable growth of fitness franchises. They’re opening up all over the country…heck, all over the world.
