The trio of James Miller as Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Verch as Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Altamimi as company President will now guide the brand’s strategy, focusing on expansion, market penetration, and robust franchise development.

This strategic appointment signals a new chapter for the company, which was founded in 1975 and began franchising in 1982.

The transition has been orchestrated by long-time president Gary E. Smith and CFO Scott L. Smith.

Both will remain integral to the company’s future, moving to the board of directors to ensure a seamless transition and lend their extensive experience to the new team.

My friend, Mandi Brandon, a 3rd-generation family member involved with the brand, will continue in her vital role as Director of Operations, supporting the new leadership and the expanding network of franchisees.
