Sky Zone, a leader in indoor active entertainment, is set to significantly expand its footprint with the opening of eight new locations across the New York metropolitan area, Pennsylvania, Virginia, California, and the Chicagoland region.

Sky Zone Expands To New Park Locations
The latest additions to Sky Zone’s rapidly growing franchise business portfolio include:
Easton, Pa.; Alsip, Ill.; and Bedford, Ill.: Roger Duncan, a seasoned multi-unit franchise owner, continues to expand his empire with the acquisition of three new Sky Zone locations.
These include a former competitor park in Easton, Pennsylvania, recently converted into a Sky Zone and reopened to the public.
In addition, Duncan is also developing two new parks in the Chicago metro area, both slated to open in the third quarter of 2025. These parks represent Duncan’s 19th, 20th, and 21st Sky Zone locations, underscoring his significant role in the brand’s growth.
Langhorne and Exton, Pa.: Pennsylvania residents and experienced pharmacy owners, Kinjal and Purvish Patel, are venturing into the world of indoor entertainment with their first Sky Zone locations in Langhorne and Exton.
These parks are expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing a new level of active fun to local communities.
Chantilly, Va.: Set to open in the Greater Washington area in Q4 2025, this new Sky Zone park will offer families in the region a fresh and exciting destination for active play.
Sky Zone Expands More
Bakersfield, Calif.: In a partnership between multi-unit franchisee Mohammed Zia and first-time franchisee Harinder Garcha, Sky Zone Bakersfield is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026. This park will be the ninth in Zia’s growing portfolio, further solidifying his presence within the brand.
And Bronx, N.Y.: Newcomer Jesus Horton is bringing Sky Zone to the Bronx, with plans to open the park in the first quarter of 2026. This location marks an exciting addition to the New York City area, offering families a new venue for active entertainment.
