Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Steve Giordano, a recently downsized executive from the IT industry, and quite a dynamic and focused guy.

Steve was so focused on finding the right fit in a franchise business, that after filling out a questionnaire that I developed, Steve added several more items that he felt were really important for me to know.
He shared his personal and professional career timeline, both present and future, he made sure I understood just how focused he was on opportunities that were tech-related, and he even reminded me that his executive experience involved operations and sales. (A lot of people that I work with usually have one or the other-not both.)
The Cleveland Plain Dealer contacted me when I first started working with Steve. They wanted to talk to downsized execs were were seriously considering career alternatives, like small business ownership. TeamLogic IT of Westlake provides customers with quick-response troubleshooting and repair of desktops, servers and online systems, and they offer a variety of consultation and maintenance services that previously have been available only to larger organizations.
