If you’re familiar with the AMA (Ask Me Anything) concept which pretty much started on Reddit, you know that they’re one-off events. Moreover, AMA’s are generally scheduled a few weeks in advance, and they last several hours.
In addition, they’re heavily promoted, and if they’re put on by a celebrity, thousands of questions come in.
For example, the largest-ever ever AMA was the one the President of the United States did on Reddit in 2012. The AMA attracted almost 3 million page views that day, with many more millions of page views following for the days after the AMA took place. The AMA I’m doing is expected to have similar results. Kidding. However…
