Barry Moltz has been trying to help me get Unstuck ever since we met in Las Vegas a couple of years ago.
Our conversations have pretty much gone like this;
Barry: “So, Joel, how’s it going for you?”
Me: “Well, it’s been kind of tough, Barry. Changing business models is quite challenging.”
Barry: “How can I help you get Unstuck, Joel?”
Me: “I’m not really sure, yet. I’m trying to get some revenue going.”
Barry: “I see. Why don’t you call me? Maybe I can give you some ideas that will help you get there.”
Me: “That’s really cool of you, Barry. I will.”
One month later, via a Twitter DM;
Barry: “Joel, why haven’t you called?”
Me: “Man…I don’t know. I will.”

Barry: “C’mon, Joel! I’m offering my help here…”
I never called him to take him up on his offer. But, we have managed to get a few minutes here and there in person to come up with ideas.
Thanks for your generous offers, Barry.
For some of us, it’s hard to pick up the phone and ask for help. Not the 10 minute, “just scratching the surface” kind of help, though. The kind of help Barry offered was not going to be that kind.
I’ll call you, Barry. I’m going to ask for help in launching my franchise book. Okay? : )
Why didn’t I call Barry? I mean the guy is super-smart. Really successful. He’s a great speaker. He’s an author. Plus, and this is the most important part for me-he’s good people, and he cares.
Anyway, Barry is about to unleash a really powerful course. I’m promoting it here as a way to say, “Thank You, Barry.”
