Make sure you know what your prospective franchise buyers really want in a franchise business. What are you offering? I'll ask again; what is it that you're really offering? If you're one of those new green franchise concepts, is it the sustainable part of the business model that's attracting prospective franchise buyers? If you're a mature franchise concept, do you think it's the brand that's the attractive part of your offering?
I think that it's a lot more than those things. Agree? Disagree?
