So, if one wants to move here from somewhere else, at least they can buy a house cheap.Problem:

Nice. If one has to resort to that tactic to get some feet in the door, at least go to the Signs By PDQ Sign Company that my late father, Jerry helped open, by way of helping the O’Toole’s get into business for themselves!
So, if one can move here from somewhere else, get a good job, and tolerate the cold and cloudy weather we occasionally get {Someone won’t be happy with a negative but reality based Cleveland Weather Comment}, then one should be able to buy a house really cheap.
So does mean that because of this Forbes survey, folks from all across the country will be flocking to Northeast Ohio? I hope so. It would be nice to see an influx of people.In Cleveland {PLUS}!
